  1. Hi, purchased a pizza crust from Peppers this week. It would be very helpful to know how to use it. Is it cooked? Do you recommend cooking it before putting toppings on? Do you thaw it and then top it and bake it or do you put it directly in the oven? What temp do I use. Thanks. Looking forward to trying it.

    1. Hi Claire,
      It is lightly pre cooked. Put a thin layer of your favourite pizza sauce and and your toppings and bake in a hot oven 375 to 400 F for about 10 minutes until cheese turns golden. Another option is to drizzle with olive oil and add gratted parmesan cheese and serve with hummus, soup or gluten free pasta.

    I have some food sensitivities and am wondering if I can get a list of the ingredients that are in your brownies. I love them, but unfortunately I’ve had a reaction the last few times that I’ve eaten them. It would be really helpful to me to figure out what I could possibly be reacting to.       Thank you for your inquiry. I’m sorry to hear the brownies have not been agreeing with you. All our products are non-GMO, we source all our products to ensure everything we use is gluten free..

      Below are the ingredients we use:

      Butter (cream, sea salt, milk)
      Organic cane sugar
      Gar-fava bean flour (garbanzo bean & fava bean)
      Organic brown rice flour
      Xanthan gum
      Pure vanilla extract

      The Glaze:

      Butter (cream, sea salt, milk)
      Chocolate discs (64% Cacao – Unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract)
      Chocolate Chips (semi sweet, sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (an emulsifier) natural vanilla extract, salt)

        Thanks very much for the response. The brownies are so good that I had to try like 3 times before admitting to myself that I should probably stop. I think I have trouble with beans so maybe that’s it.

  3. I have been gluten free for many years and have travelled the world searching for the elusive “good gluten free bread”. On Saturday, on a visit to Salt Spring Island, I found it in your Olive Bread Sticks! Thank you for all your research and experimentation (I know there must have been a lot of it!) and for making my day a whole lot better.

  4. I was diagnosed as Celiac a year ago at age 50! Needless to say I have been trying many Gluten Free Bake goods with minimal success. Then I came from Toronto to visit my Dad on SSI and have been enjoying your delicious bake goods since I’ve been here. My happy dance has been for your Shortbread cookies, Olive bread sticks, chocolate loaf and multigrain bread. Thank you so much and I wish I lived a little closer!
